Communication problem (very urgent)

Hi,
Ihave two users (A and B) registred on asterisk server.
when A call B , B is ringing and A is not notifyed that B is ringing (I dont hear rings on phonr A)

when I analyse requests , I find that user B send the request Ringing to the asterisk server , but asterisk server doesn’t pass it to user A

Have any one any idea , it is urgent

I got this message on asterisk

That’s odd… Got a request in unknown dialog. Callid 180 Ringing

And how are we to know whats actually happening, No outut from CLI no sip debug and no conf file examples.
