Hello EveryBody,

I have a problem, when i build chan_oh323.so, I have an error whan asterisk load chan_oh323.so
After: asterisk -cvvv

–> Warning : ast_load_ressource /usr/lib/asteriskmodules/chan_oh323.so : undefined symbol : ast-config_load

Have you an idea about this error ?

Hi Doctor Nick !

you’ll need to post more info. what versions of Asterisk, OOH323, PWLIB etc are you using ?

Hi ,

I use pwlib1.9.0 and openh323v1_17_1 , my asterisk is astwind (Asterisk for Windows version 2004 ) because I want to run Asterisk on Windows.
Thanks very much

but you’re not. you’re running CoLinux in a VirtualPC in Windows. how old is astwind now ? the FTP server for the package reports it as being File: astwind-installer-0.1.1.exe 112520 KB 10/08/2004 00:00:00

if it’s that old, i’m not surprised H323 doesn’t work, a lot has changed since then.

Thanks for your response .

In your opinion , Can you build asterisk with this sources on Colinux ? I have seen there is a new version of colinux 0.6.4 (colinux-kernel 2.6.11 ) i

in my opinion ? save yourself the grief and put it on a *nix box in the first place. i run Asterisk in a VirtualPC on my XP workstation, but i wouldn’t use it for production.

a business of any size relies on it’s telecoms, a PBX has always been a box that sits on the wall with no monitor/keyboard etc, just power and connectivity … that’s how it should be. a box to forget because it just works. running Asterisk in windows might be useful, but something to rely on ? methinks not.
