Cmd Dial failed with "L(70000:61000:30000)"

can anyone test this on 1.2.8?
Dial(SIP/${EXTEN},20,rL(70000:61000:30000))

here’s what I found out:

61 secs left => first warning
31 secs left => second warning
0 sec => the call keeps going
-29 secs reached => disconnected

This has happened to me and a few other users after running it on 1.2.x.
In contrast, it works properly with L(70000:60000:30000) or L(70000:60000:00000)

With L(70000:61000:30500), disconnection at -1 sec found.
