Clock skew detected

Hello

Recently I’ve noticed my server’s time has gone back about 15 minutes in less than 1 month, without me changing anything and Asterisk says: “Clock skew detected” why would this happen and how can I fix it?

This could happen for a few reasons, a quick google search will tell you why I am unsure of your environment. It can be fixed with
A. using ntpd daemon
B. A script that does C below daily
C. Update manually

I have the very same problem, ntpd is running, and I’ve checked system clock and hardware clock and they are aligned, what else can I do to resolve it?
