Hello - We have several prompts that produce a random clicking/popping sound at the end of the prompt. It is not consistently the same prompt and does not occur every interaction. The clicking/popping sound occurs between prompt files making it difficult to listen to the IVR. Any suggestions on how to eliminate this noise?
The existence of noise is unusual. You’d need to provide more information. Are we talking about system sounds, or did you generate the files yourself? Is there any transcoding involved? One could ask a couple of more questions, but it is not clear at the moment how your noise is generated and one can only guess.
