I have a Cisco 7971G-GE (SIP) and can’t figure out how to get a DND button on the screen. Has anybody been able to do it on any of the newer Cisco SIP phones?
Have you checked the soft keys?
that’s the issue, i don’t know how to edit the softkeys for this phone. do you?
