Cisco CFwdAll no longer working

I recently switched to Verizon business VoIP. When I made the switch, CFwdAll stopped working. If I look at the server output while making the call, it shows the internal callerid as the number that is set in CFwdAll on the Cisco phone. I have tried using GotoIf, and setting the callerid to a DID that is on our account, but I’m not having success.
