CISCO 7970 hang up on dial out

I have a CISCO 7970 that hangs up the second I hit the dial button. If I dial 500 for my voicemail all I see on the server side is 5@hostname. I’ve upgraded and downgraded the firmware and that does not help. I completely changed my SEPXXX.XML file and even created a new one. Nothing is working. Here my SIP.conf for this phone.
