I’m trying to get one touch call park (via transfering the current call to 700) and BLF working with Cisco 7970’s using firmware 8.4.4. Has anyone ever gotten these features to work with Cisco’s 8.x firmware? If so can you please post the applicable part of your phone’s config file? I’ve been googling and trying different options on this for three solid days and no luck.
Also if you’ve gotten it to work with firmware 9.x, will you please let me know exactly which version of the firmware you used and if you’ve experienced any other issues? Thanks so much.
