ChannelConnectedLine ARI Event - what is it?

In ARI, what does the ChannelConnectedLine event signify? We are running a VoIP application, with SIP trunks to DID providers. When we see this event, how should we interpret it in our context? We see these events mainly, but not exclusively, when we move channels between bridges.

The event is raised when connected line information for a channel changes. Connected line is the details of who they are talking to, which when moving a channel between bridges can change.
