We use an Originate script for our call center. The problem is that the billing seconds start to be counted from the moment when the first subscriber pick up the receiver.What should be done the billing seconds to be counted from the moment the last subscriber picks up the receiver?
ResetCDR is one way. I never got ForkCDR to do anything useful.
