CDR odd charicters in the CLID field

Hi I am using ODBC to connect to mysql to store my CDR data but I notice in the CLID fioeld tha there are additional charicters in the field, for example:

Notice the two speech marks.

Is this normal?

Am I missing a field?

It’s for callerid name. There is no name so that’s empty.
