CDR not generating in Create, Bridge and Dial method

CDR not generating in Early Media case when a channel is:

  1. Created
  2. Added to bridge
  3. Dialed

AMI CDR event is also not fired at that time
All CDR and channel variables are set
Using Asterisk 16
