Alright, we’re doing a large installation where there are going to be DIDs at the location. We’re looking for a way to see view usage by DID. We’ve had CDR installed for some time, and looking through the data we currently have, can’t seem to find a reliable column that would store this info. We’re sure the actual voip provider records this info, but we’re looking at creating a custom application to access our own database and do what we want with it.
Any ideas?
