First off I would like to say I’m new to Asterisk and have a few questions as to if this software is capable of doing what I need.
I’m looking to create a system in which an END user can Call in and Basically input information into a file or raw data. They would call in Authenticate then would Enter a Work #, Inspection#, and Status of that. Based on the info it would be placed into some type of raw data or document.
I was looking in to the IVR servers and figured this would be a place to start.
Any insight would be fantastic!
