Can't connect to Asterisk (virtual machine), while host connecting to new network

I’ve been installing Asterisk and it works just fine while I am using my work’s network.

But I tried to load my asterisk virtual machine in another computer connecting to different network. The virtual machine run, asterisk -r run, but can’t connect to current Asterisk sip.conf config

If anyone has troubleshoot for this please help, thank you

You need to provide more information and isolate it further. Is the virtual machine using the right IP address on the new network? Can it get to ANYTHING (ping something)? What is the sip.conf configuration?

  1. Yes it is using the right IP address on the new network
  2. Yes it can ping the softphone device back from server vice versa
  3. sip.conf goes as follow

I’m new to using asterisk, even Linux. I’m trying to figure out things. Thanks for responding to me
