Cannot pick up a call parked

I cannot pick up a call parked. Please see the the photo. I need help urgently.

Logs does not show any error or an attempt to pick up a parked call

I call from 1000 to 1001, then from 1001 I press 700 and the call is parked at 701, but when I call to 701 from 1020 I receive the following error.

Your dial plan at 701@internal is doing anything but not trying to grab a parked call

The parked call context it is not ok where is included?
