No. peer support groups cannot send step by step instructions, especially for normal use of the software. You are expected to read the documentation, and, if really necessary, ask for help on specific steps, showing your attempt to complete them and the diagnostics that show what went wrong.

Have you looked at FreePBX.org that makes setting up your PBX very easy with a GUI and get your feet wet using asterisk with the use of a GUI.
