Can one verify TDM400P getting power?

I’m able to reproduce the issue with the TDM20B. The issue goes away if I leave the PC off for “a few hours” then reboot.

To reproduce, remove and replace the card in the PCI slot. ( I remove it in the first place to test a TDM22B that I am going to RMA yet again due to the problem with FXS registers described here http://forums.digium.com/viewtopic.php?t=13133&highlight= )

When the card is put in the PCI slot, the card isn’t seen at all at boot. SuSE 10.2 doesn’t load anything automatically.

This will stay like this all day.

I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, the card comes up perfectly.

When waiting only 5, 10 or 15 minutes, same problem as described in the previous post.
