I am able to use Manager API to get a CDR event as soon as a call ends. I want to know how can I access using Manager API the actual CDR (Master.csv) file and the call monitor files (/monitor/*.wav).
Similarly, is there a way to access voice mail recordings (wav files)?
One way to do it is to use ftp (or sftp) as soon as I get an event and fetch the files. I want to know if there is a better or more proper way to do it?
