Can I transfer zap call to a different POTS line?

I’m running a@h 2.8 and i would like to transfer (not dial) a call that came in from a zap channel to another POTS number.
This maybe be silly but i’ve tried the following and it didn’t work.
exten => s,n,Transfer(Zap/g1/##########)

Basicly, I want to transfer a call to a different location without my asterisk being in the middle.
Is this possible, if yes, how would it be done?

The only way to do it would be to dial the other number
