Calls to Ring Groups Dropped

This is my first time posting so forgive me if I forget something.

I have an asterisk / mitel set up that is dropping calls to ring groups. We are an international company and our Mexico counterpart uses Mitel as we use Asterisk. Calls to any extension that is not a ring group from their side to us come through fine however anything going to a ring group is dropped. All ring group calls make it to our system fine but that is where it ends.

What I do know is:
There are no trunk errors
Calls to individual extensions are fine
Inbound routes are set for the ring groups
Calls within the U.S. successfully reach the ring groups and extensions
Asterisk (Ver. 1.8.13.0)
FreePBX 2.10.1.1

Asterisk log for call placed to the U.S. ring group

Not sure if you all need any more info but I will gladly supply more. Mainly I am just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so what might I be missing?

You need to consult the people who wrote your dialplan.
