Calls hanging on system "Issable" server even after the caller disconnected the call

Hello Everyone,
i have elastix server connected to D-link Voip FXO gateway, the inbound route working fine but after customer diconnected his call, system still shows that the call is connected and hanging for almost 120 sec.
any recommendations.

  1. You will find more specific advice on an Elastix or D-Link forum.
  2. Observing the console (with ‘debug’ and ‘verbose’ bumped up) will show if a ‘hangup()’ is being executed.
  3. Collecting SIP packets will tell you who did (or didn’t do) what.
