Callforward, bug?

Hi,

I have a problem with call forward, the problem is this, if from a phone forwards to an external number, sends me straight to voicemail extension without sending the call, in the logs I see that if you take the call by the trunk but the sample as if the channels were occupied, Ok, check for active calls and had not had, I thought maybe that was the routing number is not working and call to verify and if it works, it changes the number and I was the same, after I made the switch to forward to an internal extension but equally or sent to voicemail or I would say that the extension was not available, the option dial direct dialing also put in place that was SIP / extension, change it for DAHDI/g0/number, I had worked with other cases, but with the same results of number not available, the hardware I have is an HP with E1 Sangoma card and Polycom phones. I leave a piece of the logs I found something uncommon and even if I do not find configuration problem or a bug, since when do the routing with * 72 is a kind of loop that never generates the redirect.

Log with *72
Loop with this =

Best Regards!! and sorry for my english.

I really tried, but I can not make sense of the jibbrish you wrote in the first post. It’s impossible to say what your problem exactly is. So if you want us to help you, please post:

  • a proper and detailed description of your problem (example would be nice)
  • configuration files (sip.conf, extensions.conf)

If you are using a GUI (which I think you are), you are in the wrong place (you need to take it up with the GUI community).
