Every time I try to call a DID I bought from Vitelity I get a busy signal. When I look at the log the message below is there. I have looked in extensions.conf, sip.conf, and providers.conf with no luck finding anywhere the did number is in an exten field. I have a different DID I got from another provider and have no problem calling in on it. Any ideas?
