Call without callerid get disconnected

Hello,

We are seeing an issue in our Asterisk voicemail system, calls without callerid are being disconnected when routed to Asterisk. The issue only occurs when the Caller id of the calling party is not available, withheld caller id is not a problem.

We are using Asterisk version is 1.6.2.13.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

1.6.2 is no longer under bugfix support. Can you reproduce your problem with 1.8 or 10?
