Call stuck in queue

Hi guys,

Over the past few weeks we have been experiencing a problem with our queues, where a call will stay in a queue and never be delivered to an available extension, calls would then back up behind this stuck call.

We are using Elastix which uses FreePBX 2.8.1(I’m not sure what version of asterisk).

I managed to trace it back to the call coming in with it’s CLID being withheld, our Sip provider now sets these calls to Anonymous (where previously they had just left them blank), a change I requested some time ago. Asterisk for some unknown reason cannot deliver these calls from a queue. I have to use the set caller ID module to fix this issue.

I’m not complaining just passing on some knowledge.
