Call records not logging

I recently did a clean install of asteriskNow and set it up and every thing.
But I noticed that if I go to call records: it says 0 calls.

What could be the cause of this? I have checked all the settings and I can’t find any thing.

I was thinking maybe the directory where the call records are stored has changed to a non existing folder.

Your help will be greatly appereciated.
