Hi
call recording was enabled and was working without any fail, but suddenly i got an error like in the GUI the files can be seen but when try to download/listen it shows there is no file
i went to the directory where the recorded files are recorded , but unfortunately there are no files can be seen
does anyone have these kind of issues
