Call loop in channel

Hi,

I’m using elastix asterisk and the hardware is TDM2400P Digium 24 FXO Analog. I wonder that when i called our number 997111 then it will ring 2 time after that it will hung up. when i look in flash operator it indicate “loop” in channel 5.

can you help me to figure out this problem
