Call in "Call Setup" status while its already answered by answering machine on other side

Hello, im making a call with call file. Call should be recorded by AGI when answered. But called side has answering machine there and looks like its auto answer is like Early Media or RBC because i see in sngrep call status “Call Setup” intead of “IN CALL”.
So thats why i cant record and then transfer this call to my SIP account.
How can i fix this?

AMD is something you do on the calling side!

Yes, i made a mistake in description of my problem.
I meant not AMD but answering machine.
