Call hangs up after coming from queue

I have asterisk 1.8 installed with freepbx 2.8. I also use FOP2 to pause and unpause agents from queues.

I have a cisco router with pri card installed and i forward all incoming calls to the ip of my asterisk server call is coming to the server and enters a queue. the agent is picking up the call hearing the callers waiting time and when asterisk connects the caller it hangs up the agents phone but the caller is still connected and not hearing anything.

the only thing I can see is that i get a error 500 internal server error back from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (VOIP router ip)

is this a bug? how can i check to see what is wrong? thanks George

You need to do a trace or look at teh cli , sounds like could be a codec issue.
