It is a trace of the execution of the dialplan. You need to ask the person who wrote the dialplan, as this represents end user customisation.

Reverse engineering a complete dialplan is beyond the scope of a peer support forum.

The fragment you have shows a call from a SIP device (phone or “trunk”) being successfully directed to voice mail.
