Call failed - remote end ringing

Hi,

Could anyone tell me what the following error means:

Call failed to go through, reason (3) Remote end Ringing

Or if possible any documentation about it?

It means you were using a call file, which you failed to point out.

As far as I can tell, it means the last event was AST_CONTROL_RINGING. As that would be reasonably normal, I guess it means that the time limit for the call was exceeded and it was still ringing, i.e the call wasn’t answered.

Generally you need to provide a lot more information when asking a question like this.
