Call center or CRM with shared station [RESOLVED]

I mean, several employees sharing the same workstation on different time, each one with their own extension.


  • 3 employees working 8 hours each share the same station through a 24 hour day.
  • Each one must have their own extension, so, sharing an ip phone isn’t an option.
  • With a single login the user has the voip client (or Ip phone) set to its user, dinamically.

If you use a PC create 3 login accounts each with a softphone with the user and login.
Or in the same account use 3 different softphones for each agent.
