Call bridging issue with gms gateway

Hi,

I have a calling scenario where first call goes to agent’s mobile instead of any xlite/softphone once agent answer the call we dial to cutomer’s mobile and agent can listen the dialing process.
As customer answer the call both the parties get connected to each other.

this is working pretty fine while I use PRI/SIP PRI however when I use GSM gateway agent neither listen customer dialing nor customer’s voice after customer answer.

I have check my code its fine because same code worked for PRI is anyone having idea what could be the reason? I have doubt that something need to be done at GSM Gateway side

How is the GSM gateway side connected? Is it SIP? It is on the local network? Is NAT involved? Have you looked at a packet capture or “rtp set debug on” to confirm that media is flowing?
