Call between 3 or more users

Hello,
I want to make a configuration to have a call between 3 or more users.
Do I need to configure call conference for the same or is there is any other method to configure where 3 or more user can have a call to discuss any topic between them.

Any conferencing on the PABX can only be done using conferencing!

(Some IP phones will allow you to conference on the phone, but the PABX will be unaware that this is happening.)
