I’m having trouble with asterisk. My softphone (Express Talk Business Edition) is giving me a busy signal error every time. The calls are also not showing up in the asterisk logs, which I think is interesting. If I try to place a call that doesn’t fit in the rules it gives me a not found error and the call does show up in the logs. I’m new to this and I’m clearly having trouble setting this up for the first time. Any help would be great!
If I connect the softphone directly to voip.ms (my provider) all calls go right through, it’s very frustrating.
Can you copy/paste the Asterisk CLI output when you make the call and the extensions.conf file content?
