Buggy provider?

hi!

one of my sip provider’s(using “anyuser” sip server) incoming calls looks like come in twice, and then the connection hangs up:
[voip-in]
exten => 123,1,Noop(voip incoming)
exten => 123,n,Goto(menu,s,1)

[menu]
exten => s,1,Noop(menu-in)
exten => s,n,Answer()
exten => s,n,Wait(1)
exten => s,n,Background(demo-moreinfo)

In CLI:

– Executing NoOp(“SIP/212222229-faf2”, “voip incoming”) in new stack
– Executing Goto(“SIP/212222229-faf2”, “menu|s|1”) in new stack
– Goto (menu,s,1)
– Executing NoOp(“SIP/212222229-faf2”, “menu-in”) in new stack
– Executing Answer(“SIP/212222229-faf2”, “”) in new stack
– Executing Wait(“SIP/212222229-faf2”, “1”) in new stack
== Spawn extension (menu, s, 3) exited non-zero on ‘SIP/212222229-faf2’
– Executing NoOp(“SIP/212222229-baa9”, “voip incoming”) in new stack
– Executing Goto(“SIP/212222229-baa9”, “menu|s|1”) in new stack
– Goto (menu,s,1)
– Executing NoOp(“SIP/212222229-baa9”, “menu-in”) in new stack
– Executing Answer(“SIP/212222229-baa9”, “”) in new stack
– Executing Wait(“SIP/212222229-baa9”, “1”) in new stack
== Spawn extension (menu, s, 3) exited non-zero on ‘SIP/212222229-baa9’

and there are cases, when it’s not happening:
[voip-in]
exten => 123,1,Noop(voip incoming)
exten => 123,n,Dial(SIP/19)

works fine.

could it be a configuration problem, or the provider is buggy?
