Inbound call to Queue A after 20 seconds blind transfers to Queue B
Listening back to the call recording there is static noise replacing the discussion with the agent/customer
You haven’t stated what version of Asterisk, and there’s minimal information. What does “blind transfers to Queue B” mean? Did it get picked up and an agent blind transferred?
Asterisk is an open source project, so issues are public:

Hi All.

Which discussion? Caller talking to Agent A, or caller talking to Agent B?
You say it’s a blind transfer, so there’s no talking between Agents A & B.
Show us all the SDP packets during this call.
My guess is that A and B are using different codecs, and the transcoding is
interfering with the recording.
In the call recording you hear the static noise after the blind transfer
1st Part of call
Caller enters Queue A
Caller speaks to Agent John
After 20 seconds John blind transfers Call to Queue B
2nd Part of call
Caller enters Queue B
Agent Jane takes the call
Ends call after period of time
Listening back to the call recording
Part 1 of the call is perfect
Part 2 majority is static noise as outlined by the follow audio file link
The static noise replaces majority of the audio between the agent and customer
The important thing here is if the first part (before the transfer) is under 20 seconds the audio on the call recording of the 2nd part of the call is perfect
