Looking to put to gether an autodialer call center together.
I am presently working with an
Asterisk / vicidial / asterisk desktop manager / sugar combo, but having serious headaches with ADM because it appears to want to do all of it’s calling functions through manager.conf instead of sip.conf.
In other words, since asterisk and the vicidial dialplan look for peers (and I am not sure how to get it to talk to manager.conf
Outbound calls say “congestion” and inbound calls say “extension not found”
ADM support and forums are horrible.
Having the sip phone within the web gui CRM is critical.
Can someone make a suggestion?
