Bad TDM21B? Can I salvage FXO or FXS modules?

I have a TDM21B that seems to have gone bad. I determined this by swapping it out with a different TDM21B. No changes were made to the system. After a reboot, the card just stopped working.

The card is seen by Linux, and was working just fine for months. Then suddenly I started getting “ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 1: No such device or address (6)” using ztcfg -vv.

For more details, here is the link to ztcfg output: http://forums.digium.com/viewtopic.php?p=46795

Is there any way to find out what is wrong? I shouldn’t have to throw out the TDM400P, 2 FXS modules and 1 FXO module. I could plug each module into the working TDM21B, but I’d prefer to use some SW diag type command to get to the bottom of it.

If the card is only a few months old, it should still be under warranty. Digium would be the best resource to troubleshoot this.
