Avaya Call Center Agent logged trought Asterisk gateway

Hi everyone,

On an avaya definity, it is by using some feature access code that you can log on as an agent in a call center (*84 agent extension). What I would like to do is from a sip phone, trough asterisk, (connected to my Avaya definity, H.323 is working) be able to log on as an agent or use FAC from avaya definity. This would make salesperson using sip phone be able to log into a call center on an Avaya Definity.



Anyone had a chance to integrate Asterisk with a Cisco Call Manager, a call center on Cisco either? that might give me a hint.
