I found a small annoying bug on the Avaya Side and i would like to share it here. Hopefully it will help many people…!!
When you changing the ip-address on the node-names (on the avaya side) you MUST modify the signalling group also. What i mean is that you MUST change the name in the FarEndNodeName field, in order to update the ip address change…
It took me almost 2 days to find this solution. It looks like that Avaya caches the ip address information…inside the signalling group.
I used Avaya CM4, trixbox 2.6.1
