i’ve to call a phone, when this phone answer
i’ve to IMMEDIATELY link that with an internal extension.
i don’t want that the first called person hear ringing!
the internal extension can be a voip phone or a normal phone,
thereis no problem for that!

you probably mean auto-answer ?? a “normal” phone won’t be able to do this on notification from the server (unless they have this as a feature), but a number of hard and soft phones can by Asterisk adding a SIP header for auto-answer.

i use this for creating intercoms, but you’re relying on the call destination being there … otherwise the caller gets dead air.

auto-answer is slowly…
the first person called hear one ring before that
the extension is linked…
i think that if i have a pstn telephone, always “answered”,
asterisk can link this line with the first number called,
it’s possible?

you could try putting the constantly on internal set in a conference room, and then join the caller to the conference room…
yes, i’ve already try this but there is a little latency (1-2 seconds) from
the called person start talking and operator listen his voice
