The voip phone rings but does not connect to the auto attendant ivr
Without any log or cli output is hard to help you. At least do a core set verbose 5 and enable the full log in logger.conf.
You also need to provide the dialplan you are using. If that was provided by a third party, you should seek support from them first. (NB FreePBX are such a third party.)
