Audiohooks and Audio Manipulations

Hi All,

I am running a large call center with Asterisk and need to listen and take over a conversation between an Agent and a customer if need be. Presently, I can listen (or bridge in) quietly with “q” switch to the conversation between Agent and customers (with ChanSpy()) and talk to the Agent using the “w” switch. How can I talk to both Agent and customers at the same time.

Again, I red that audiohooks (the new API) can be used to achieve alot of audio tweaking expecially with MixMonitor() and ChanSpy(). An explanation how how it works with any code snippet will be highly appreaciated.
