Audio not playing

Hi all,

I’ve come across something unusual during testing. I’m currently using a macro triggered by using *7 which will play an audio file into the call. In the asterisk CLI I experience no errors and everything runs smoothly however I don’t hear the audio being played into the call.

<Local/1234@player-000000f5;1> Playing ‘card-details.slin’ (language ‘en’)
This line in the CLI proves that it has been played.
I am using Playback(card-details)

Has anyone come across this and offer some advice on fixing this.

You’d need to be more specific about what “play an audio file into the call” means, and show the complete output.
