YYYY = year, i.e.: 2018, 2019 … (year)
MM = month, i.e: 01, 02 … (month)
DD = day, i.e.: 01,02 … (day)
HH = hour, 24 hour format, i.e.: 12, 13, 14 … (hour)
mm = minute
ss = second
IDAGENTE = Unique Agent’s ID - persona who attend the call
IDLLAMADA = Unique Call’s ID)
wav|mp3 = audio file format accepted
STEREO|MONO = audio format STEREO or MONO for single or multiple channels.
CANALAGENTE = agent’s channel, 1 or 2
_ADICIONALES = additional parameters provided i.e.: product, client, campaign, etc.
