Does anyone know how to transfer an inbound call from Grandstream (UCM6302A) to an Asterisk server?
I have a SIP line successfully configured in Grandstream. My SIP line has ten numbers, and I need to route one of them inbound to my Asterisk server. How can I do this?
I assume route, rather than transfer, is the operative word, here.
Assuming the Grandstream is the less capable device, set that number to route to an unused GrandStream SIP extension, then set up Asterisk as though the Grandstream PBX was a single line ITSP, typically using outbound-auth and type=registration sections.
The Grandstream will then be acting in a way which is basically the same as an ITSP that targets domestic and SOHO users.
